1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept the terms of service below which are subject to change by SFWEST.com and/or WBS Chat Room without prior notice.
2. CONTENT You understand that all information, text, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the chatter from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not SFWEST, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post or otherwise post on WBS. SFWEST does not control the Content posted in the chats. (f) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
(g) collect or store personal data about other users;
(h) promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual or any other illegal activity.
This room is provided for you, the chatter, to enjoy your time with your friends. If the owner sees that you are taking that joy away from others then you will be:
1. 1 warning by email
2. 2nd time banned for 3 days
3. 3rd time banned for 7 days
4. Four times tells the owner you aren't here to chat but to cause pain for the room. Permanent Ban.
